SMART Support – Basic

This is an annual (12 month) agreement that includes access to technical support from our factory trained technicians:

  • Technical phone support – with factory trained technicians M-F (8am-5pm)
  • After Hours Fee waived for after hour on-site work or technical phone support
  • No overtime charges

SMART Support – Plus

This is an annual (12 month) agreement that includes access to technical support from our factory trained technicians:

  • Technical phone support – with factory trained technicians 7-days-a-week
  • After Hours Fee waived for after hour on-site work or technical phone support
  • No overtime charges
  • Plus: 5% discount applied to all service parts used, labor rates, and ordered merchandise from our City Desk (not applied to tank sales or “on sale” items)

SMART Inspection

This is a systematic process designed to document current conditions of system components and identify deficiencies:

  • Identify areas requiring attention or repairs
  • Completed SMART Inspection report documentation

SMART Testing

This includes testing services of components required by regulations. Performed by trained technicians using recommended practices by the Petroleum Equipment Institute for inspection & testing of:

  • Fill Spill/Overfill system tests
  • Leak detection system tests
  • Meter calibrations
  • Cathodic protection testing

SMART Tank Snake

This is an underground tank cleaning system used to remove water, sediment, and sludge from tank bottoms.

  • Water removal
  • Sediment removal
  • Sludge removal

Tank bottom sampling, bacteria testing, and bacteria treatment services available.

The current SMART Service product offerings are intended for underground storage tanks and associated equipment intended to store and dispense gasoline, diesel, and related petroleum products at vehicle fueling facilities. 

All SMART Service agreements for Inspection and Testing begin with a SMART Support annual program.

Before you can add SMART Inspection or SMART Testing services, a SMART Support must be included with the order or already in effect.
